Center for Relationship Abuse Awareness: This links directly to the basic information for people suffering abuse. The larger site has resources for people being abused, friends and family of victims, and professional staff that may be involved with abuse victims. The site also includes sections on same sex relationships and abuse of women with disabilities. One downside: the site is overwhelmingly aimed at female abuse victims, although the advice stands in most cases for men as well.
